Rob Moore
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Rob co-founded Macmor in 2000. As an A grade electrician, with over 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry, he is dedicated to building work relationships through quality workmanship and client satisfaction. This approach has ensured steady growth for the company and a loyal client base. As Managing Director, Rob focuses his time on corporate management, client relations and people development. With a hands-on approach, Rob is often seen on job sites and liaising with clients.
Ross MacArthur
Managing Director
Ross as co-founder started in the industry as an apprentice in 1987, honing his skills, working with some of Melbourne’s leading companies. With an eye for detail Ross delivers projects with precision, drive, passion and to our client’s complete satisfaction. In the industry, and in his role as Managing Director, Ross has developed strong relationships with leading building contractors, clients, and consultants.
Ben Day
ACCOUNT / PROJECT MANAGER
Ben began his time at Macmor over 17 years ago as an apprentice. During this time, he has gained valuable experience in the commercial, healthcare and education sectors complemented by further NECA OH&S Management, Project Management & Estimating courses. His professional, knowledgeable, and reliable approach has seen him step up into an Account/Project Manager position to service the needs of our growing client base.
Steff Longmuir
Audio-Visual Manager
Steven (Steff) has extensive experience with over 20 years' in the Audio Visual industry. His broad skill set includes installation and service, project management, commissioning, and custom programming. Since joining Macmor 7 years ago, Steven has been busy building a core client base. A unique blend of electrical and AV expertise ensures that all AV projects are completed to the highest standard.
Mark Kennedy
Project MANAGER
Mark is a highly qualified A Grade electrician with over 25 years' experience. Having worked in various roles within the industry, Mark now enjoys overseeing and delivering quality projects. With an indepth knowledge of all things electrical and strong management skills, Mark is an asset to any project.

Macmor Audio Visual
For audio-visual works, we have the advantage of being certified electricians. Many AV companies offer AV solutions without employing professional electricians, therefore providing solutions that are not always 100% suitable and fitting to your existing electrical infrastructure.
The A-grade electricians of Macmor have extensive knowledge in AV projects and are able to design and install audio-visual solutions that seamlessly integrate.
